Electrical Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, train, motivate, and schedule electricians and technicians for daily tasks, shutdowns, and emergencies.
• Oversee preventive/corrective maintenance of electrical systems, power distribution, PLCs, VFDs, motors, and control panels to minimize downtime.
• Enforce Pakistan Safety Codes (NEP/NEPRA) and company SOPs, conduct safety training, and maintain a safe work environment.
• Troubleshoot faults, diagnose issues, provide technical guidance, and support engineers on design/installation.
• Maintain logs, prepare reports, manage budgets, control inventory for spares, and handle clerical duties.
• Assist with new installations, upgrades, and commissioning of electrical systems for production lines.

Skills & Qualifications:

Education: Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering/Technology.

Experience: 5+ years in manufacturing/FMCG, ideally Food & Beverage.

PLC/SCADA, VFDs, Motor Controls, Power Distribution (HT/LT), Instrumentation.

• Leadership, problem-solving, communication, attention to detail, budget management.
• Critical focus on uptime for bottling, filling, packaging, and utility (chillers, boilers) electrical systems.
• Understanding electrical installation in wet/hygienic environments.

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
