Electrical Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical operations, maintenance, and energy management across multiple premises.

• Assistant Manager
• Senior Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage electrical repair and maintenance operations
• Lead and monitor the electrical team for efficient performance
• Ensure smooth functioning of all electrical systems across multiple sites
• Perform and manage electrical load calculations and distribution
• Monitor and optimize energy consumption to reduce utility bills
• Oversee maintenance of:
• Electrical power supply systems
• EMI meters
• UPS systems
• Standby generators
• Solar systems
• Air conditioning & ventilation systems
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures
• Set goals, targets, and performance standards for the electrical team

Required Qualifications:

• DAE Electrical
• B.Tech Electrical / B.Tech (Hons)
• B.Sc Electrical Engineering

Experience:

• Relevant experience in a supervisory role
• Hands-on experience in repair and maintenance within:
• Multinational corporate offices
• Shopping malls
• Residential apartments / colonies
• Factories / industrial setups

Core Competencies:

• Electrical load calculation & management
• EMI meters and power distribution systems
• Solar system handling
• UPS circuits and management
• Standby generator operations

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary Range: PKR 90,000 – 150,000 (based on experience & position)
• Other benefits as per company policy

Working Hours:

• 10 hours per day (or as required based on operational needs)

Reporting To:

• Deputy Manager Administration

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
