Location: Duhail, Qatar
Salary: QAR 3,500 (Full Package)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Electrical Supervisor to support our client’s facility management operations in Duhail, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in electrical systems supervision, maintenance, and troubleshooting, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of electrical technicians and subcontractors on-site.
• Oversee preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with safety standards, and client requirements.
• Review and implement electrical work schedules, checklists, and inspection plans.
• Ensure efficient operation of electrical equipment, including LV systems, panels, distribution boards, cabling, and lighting systems.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and operational continuity.
• Maintain documentation of maintenance records, inspection reports, and daily progress logs.
• Support project managers and facility engineers in electrical-related matters.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma, ITI, or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in electrical supervision within the facility management sector.
• Strong knowledge of electrical safety standards, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
• Hands-on experience in managing electrical teams and ensuring compliance with HSE guidelines.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Gulf experience preferred.

Contract & Benefits

• Contract Duration: 15 Days (extendable based on performance & project requirements).
• Salary: QAR 3,500 (Full Package, including accommodation, food & transport).
• Work Schedule: 6 days per week, 9 hours per day (including breaks).
