Electrical Supervisor

Job Description:

As an Electrical Supervisor, you will oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment. You will be responsible for supervising a team of electricians, ensuring safety protocols are strictly followed, and coordinating with project managers to meet deadlines and budgetary constraints. You will play a crucial role in troubleshooting electrical issues and implementing effective solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

Minimum requirements:

• Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and equipment.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• A degree or diploma in electrical engineering or a related field is preferred.
• Only Freelancer will be accepted.
• Must be locally available in Qatar
• A holder of a valid Qatar ID.
• Can join immediately.

Key responsibilities, but not limited to:

• Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of facility systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural components.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage facility projects, including renovations and new construction.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and standards.
• Manage facility budgets and optimize resource allocation for cost-effective operations.
• Lead and mentor a team of facility technicians, fostering a culture of safety and efficiency.
• Supervise and lead a team of electricians in various projects.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety standards.
• Coordinate with project managers to plan and execute projects efficiently.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of electrical systems.
• Provide technical guidance and training to team members.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

• Location: Lusail Commercial Boulevard
• Duration: 6 months, extendable depending on the performance
