Electrical Supervisor (Maintenance)

• Supervise and carry out installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical wiring, panels, motors, DG sets, and other power systems.
• Ensure compliance with the Indian Electricity Rules and safety regulations using a valid C-License.
• Conduct inspections and testing of electrical systems for preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults to minimize downtime.
• Maintain logs of repairs, inspections, and energy consumption records.
• Supervise and perform installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing pipelines, water pumps, storage tanks, valves, and sanitary fixtures.
• Identify and fix leaks, blockages, and pressure issues in the water supply and drainage systems.
• Ensure proper water distribution for operational and facility needs.
• Maintain plumbing layout drawings and schedule preventive maintenance.
• Lead a team of technicians and helpers for daily maintenance tasks.
• Allocate work, monitor progress, and ensure timely task completion.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for large-scale installations and repairs.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety, statutory compliance, and operational standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
