The Role – Working Electrical Supervisor

We are looking for a skilled Working Electrical Supervisor to join our team at the 245 Building in Hammersmith, a modern, high-profile commercial office space in West London.

The 245 Building is a well-known, multi-tenant commercial property offering contemporary office accommodation, requiring a high standard of maintenance and service delivery. This role will play a key part in ensuring the building operates efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards expected by both the client and tenants.

This is a hands-on role, combining supervisory responsibilities with day-to-day engineering duties.

Working pattern:
Monday to Friday:

  • 08:00am – 17:00pm

(Plenty of overtime available)

Key Responsibilities (not limited to):

  • Carrying out PPM and reactive electrical and building services tasks
  • Supervising and supporting on-site engineering activities
  • Assisting with client and site manager requests
  • Managing and maintaining the preventative maintenance schedule
  • Delivering landlord services and full PPM across the building
  • Issuing permits and coordinating subcontractors, closing out PPMs and reactive works
  • Ordering materials and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Level 3 City & Guilds / NVQ in Electrical (or equivalent)
  • 2–3 years’ experience within Facilities Maintenance – essential
  • Strong electrical knowledge and practical experience – essential
  • Previous supervisory or lead experience desirable

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £55,000.00 per year
