Electrical Supervisor (Production)

Job Summary

The Electrical Supervisor oversees daily electrical work to ensure safe and smooth operation of electrical systems and equipment. The role supports production activities and supervises the electrical team.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical work for refrigerators, cold rooms, and temperature-controlled rooms
• Oversee electrical maintenance and repair of refrigerated trucks
• Assign and monitor daily tasks for electricians and technicians
• Troubleshoot electrical faults in compressors, panels, sensors, and controls
• Coordinate with refrigeration technicians and production teams
• Ensure all electrical work follows safety standards
• Maintain basic service and maintenance records

Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in Electrical Engineering (mandatory)
• Basic knowledge of refrigeration-related electrical systems
• Understanding of panels, motors, wiring, sensors, and controllers
• Basic math skills (area, volume, percentage calculations)
• Ability to read electrical drawings and measurements
• Good communication and team supervision skills

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in electrical work, preferably in refrigeration, cold storage, or HVAC systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
