Job Summary

Solve Tech Training Institute is seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Switchgear Trainer to deliver training programs in Dubai. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about electrical systems, switchgear technology, and training, including freshers or professionals with up to 2–3 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver training sessions on electrical switchgear systems and components.
• Teach concepts related to LV/MV switchgear, circuit breakers, relays, and protection systems.
• Explain installation, operation, maintenance, and safety procedures.
• Conduct practical sessions and real-world case studies.
• Assist in preparing and updating training materials and course content.
• Guide participants on troubleshooting and fault analysis.
• Stay updated with electrical standards and industry practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Freshers or candidates with 2–3 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of switchgear systems and electrical protection.
• Familiarity with electrical standards and safety regulations.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for teaching and technical training.
