Electrical System Owner

Currently, one of our clients in the Biotechnology sector is looking to hire a Electrical System Owner in Barceloneta, Puerto Rico.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation & Controls, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in electrical engineering, construction, or capital project execution.
• Strong knowledge of NEC, NFPA, ISA standards, and industrial electrical systems.
• Experience with commissioning, startup, and turnover of electrical/I&C systems.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Excellent communication in Spanish and English , coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with CQV processes (FAT/SAT, IOQ).
• Project management or construction management experience
