Electrical Technical Office Team Leader (BIM)

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Technical Office Engineer to join us as a Team Leader , with strong leadership skills and proven expertise in BIM workflows to manage and guide our technical office team.

Requirements:

• Experience: 6–10 years in electrical technical office work, including shop drawings and as-built drawings.
• Software Skills: Advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other relevant electrical engineering tools.
• Core Tasks: Leading and supervising the preparation of shop drawings, BIM models, and as-built documentation; coordinating with other disciplines to resolve design and site issues.
• Leadership Skills: Strong ability to manage, train, and support junior engineers while ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Other Skills: Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
