Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Technician to join our construction team, specializing in electrical and MEP works for residential villas. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of proven work experience in the UAE, with strong hands-on knowledge of electrical systems in villa construction and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance in villas, including lighting systems, wiring, distribution boards (DBs), and control systems.
• Diagnose and repair faults in electrical and MEP systems efficiently and safely.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring schematics, and MEP layouts.
• Ensure all work complies with UAE regulations and safety standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and other team members for seamless project execution.
• Perform preventive maintenance and attend to emergency repair tasks as required.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and the work area in a clean and operational condition.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of MEP-related work experience in the UAE, specifically in villa construction or maintenance.
• Strong technical knowledge of residential electrical systems; knowledge of basic plumbing is a plus.
• Technical diploma or certification in Electrical Technology or a related field preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Basic understanding of HVAC systems is an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to work in various conditions (indoors, outdoors, at heights).
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
