Electrical Technician

Job Description:

We are looking to hire a skilled and experienced Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, the ability to work independently, and hands-on experience in electrical installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, equipment, and wiring.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify electrical issues or potential hazards.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults and provide timely solutions.
• Install and maintain electrical panels, breakers, switches, and wiring connections.
• Ensure all work complies with local electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Interpret and work from technical drawings, schematics, and electrical plans.
• Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and other technicians to complete assigned tasks.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in safe and working condition.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4+ years of proven experience as an electrician.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, safety procedures, and regulations.
• Ability to read and understand electrical diagrams and technical documents.
• Experience in both installation and maintenance works.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Valid QID preferred (or candidate must be eligible for transfer).
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 36 months

Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
