Electrical Technician

Electrician Key Responsibilities.

1. Able to read and understand electrical drawings, blueprints and diagrams.

2. LV cable pulling, glanding and termination works.

3. Installation of cable trays, trunking, conduits, including bends and supports.

4. DB dressing, internal wiring and termination of lighting, power and small power circuits.

5. Electrical wiring works using GI / PVC conduits for lighting, socket and power systems.

6. Proficient in the use of electrical testing instruments such as multimeter and megger.

7. Installation of LV & HV switchgear.

8. Knowledge of MCCB and ACB operation and maintenance.

9. Earthing system installation and testing.

10. Solar PV panel installation works for rooftop and ground mounted systems.

11. Ability to lead and supervise a team of electricians and helpers.

12. Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments as per site requirements.

13. Support in testing, commissioning and troubleshooting activities.

14. Work closely with site engineers, supervisors and other trades for smooth progress.

15. Ensure all works follow safety rules, regulations and company quality standards.

16. Always follow site safety procedures and attend toolbox talks / safety briefings.

Pay: AED1,300.00 - AED1,600.00 per month
