Electrical Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technician/Electrician to join our real estate operations team in Abu Dhabi.

The candidate will be responsible for maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems and related MEP works across residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems in buildings.
• Install, maintain, and repair wiring, lighting systems, DB panels, switches, sockets, and circuit breakers.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults and ensure timely resolution.
• Conduct routine inspections of electrical equipment and systems.
• Handle minor plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance works when required.
• Ensure compliance with UAE electrical safety standards and regulations.
• Maintain proper documentation of maintenance activities.
• Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and service calls.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team and property management staff.

Requirements:

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or relevant technical qualification.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in building maintenance, preferably in UAE real estate or facilities management.
• Good knowledge of electrical systems, MEP maintenance, and safety standards.
• Ability to read technical drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Knowledge of DEWA/ADDC standards is an advantage.
• Good troubleshooting skills.
• Physically fit and able to work under pressure.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in residential towers, villas, or commercial properties.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
