Responsibilities
- 1. Reduce the meantime ofrepair (MTTR) in the production lines,
- 2. Analyze and report anyanomalies, with the possibility of completing notifications M1, M2, and M3 inthe PM (SAP) system and confirm orders;
- 3. Carry out inspection ofelectrical/mechanical, and/or predictive route, when planned and requested bythe planner;
- 4. Develop, along with thesupervisor and the Maintenance Engineering department, tools to speed up theMaintenance services;
- 5. Carry out scheduled tasks;equipment maintenance and facility maintenance,
- 6. Comply with the Kanbanplanning, updating it according to the standard;
- 7. Contribute with feedbackfor planning, optimizing the scheduling, times of execution, and reducingback-log;
- 8. Diagnoses root cause ofelectrical/mechanical malfunctions or failure of operational equipment andperform preventative and corrective maintenance;
- 10. Comply with reasonable EHSinstructions and safe working procedures;
- 11. Use of appropriate personalprotective equipment and safety systems;
- 12. Be familiar with emergencyand evacuation procedures;
- 13. Not willfully or recklesslyendanger anyone's health and safety;
- 14. Assist with the preparationof risk assessments;
- 15. Report EHS hazards,incidents & issues;
- 16. Follow GMP & 5S at the workplace.
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma inElectrical Engineering or Equivalent.
- Minimum 3 - 5 yearsof experience in the field of Maintenance in the Food / FMCG Industry.
Languages Specific Knowledge and Skills Professional Skills
- 1. Experience in Maintenancein Food / FMCG Industry.
- 2. Hands-on experience inTroubleshooting of electrical issues and Maintenance of Electrical Panels,controllers, Drives, Motors, Low voltage, and high voltage installation.
- 3. Experience in Developingand Implementing Predictive and Preventive Maintenance Plan.
- 4. Conduct Root causeinvestigation and PDCA for major issues.
- 5. Knowledge of Foodtechnology & Food safety.
Technical Skills
- - Knowledge of SAP - PMmodule.
