Electrical Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems, equipment, and components in an industrial environment. The role ensures the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of electrical infrastructure while strictly following safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, circuits, fixtures, and systems.
• Test electrical systems using voltmeters, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults, breakdowns, and system trips, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Perform preventive and routine maintenance to minimize system failures and downtime.
• Install and maintain electrical components such as lighting systems, circuit breakers, transformers, and control panels.
• Read, interpret, and work from electrical drawings, diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other technicians on installation and maintenance projects.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and maintenance activities.
• Ensure proper organization of tools and maintain housekeeping in workshop and plant areas.
• Follow all OSHA guidelines and company safety policies at all times.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Support electrical maintenance activities and production line operations.
• Contribute to system optimization and quality compliance improvements.
• Assist in spare parts monitoring and inventory control.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.

Education & Qualifications:

• Diploma or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or related technical field.
• Electrical technical certification preferred.
• OSHA certification is an advantage.

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and safety protocols.
• Ability to read and understand electrical diagrams and schematics.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ﷼1,600.00 - ﷼1,800.00 per month
