Electrical Technician (Electrician)

Job Accountabilities:

Review, inspect, and maintain lighting systems and switches across all hospital blocks to ensure proper functionality.

 Regularly inspect and maintain all distribution boards, ATS (Automatic Transfer Switch) panels, and related circuitry for safety and efficiency.

 Monitor and maintain WAPDA (main power) and generator usage, preparing and submitting a weekly power consumption and performance report.

 Inspect and ensure proper operation of UPS units and batteries, maintaining backup readiness and submitting a weekly status report.

 Check and verify solar panels, inverters, and electrical meters, ensuring optimal load management and energy utilization.

 Conduct daily inspections of hospital electrical machinery and equipment, including lifts, pumps, sterilizers, and medical support systems.

 Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of all electrical devices used in OTs, ICUs, laboratories, and patient areas.

 Supervise lift maintenance, ensuring smooth operation and submitting performance reports to the CEO weekly.
