Electrical Technician – Power Generation (Generator Synchronization)

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Technician – Power Generation with hands-on experience in generator synchronization, power plant electrical systems, and operations & maintenance (O&M). The ideal candidate will have practical knowledge of Gas, Diesel, and utility (KE) supply systems, along with proven troubleshooting capabilities in an industrial power plant environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operate, monitor, and synchronize multiple generators (Gas & Diesel) with utility supply (KE).

Perform generator synchronization using DEIF AGC-150 controllers (preferred).

Carry out electrical operations & maintenance (O&M) activities for power generation systems.

Troubleshoot electrical faults related to generators, switchgear, control panels, and power distribution.

Perform and support industrial electrical wiring, testing, and commissioning activities.

Ensure safe operation of power plant equipment in compliance with electrical and safety standards.

Required Qualifications

DAE / BTech / BS in Electrical or relevant discipline

3–5 years of hands-on experience in power generation environments

Proven experience in generator synchronization – DEIF AGC-150 controller highly preferred

Familiarity with Gas, Diesel, and utility grid integration

Contract length: 24 months

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
