Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Technician/Engineer with proven experience in industrial automation, machine troubleshooting, and electrical system maintenance. The ideal candidate must be capable of handling PLC programming, control panels, VFD/inverter configuration, and diagnosing complex machine issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical systems and industrial control panels.
• Work with automation components including PLCs, HMIs, sensors, actuators, and industrial controllers.
• Program, configure, and troubleshoot PLCs (Siemens / Omron / Allen Bradley or similar).
• Configure and troubleshoot inverters/VFDs, motor control circuits, and drives.
• Identify and resolve electrical and mechanical faults in machines and production lines.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to reduce downtime.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Conduct testing, calibration, and inspection to ensure equipment reliability.
• Support machine commissioning, upgrades, and modifications.
• Coordinate with engineering and production teams to resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
• Strong experience in PLC programming (Siemens / Omron / Allen Bradley).
• Hands-on experience with inverters / VFDs and motor control systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting ability for electrical and machine-related issues.
• Ability to understand and interpret electrical schematics and technical manuals.
• Good knowledge of industrial automation systems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly during breakdowns.

Preferred:

• Experience in manufacturing or industrial machinery.
• Knowledge of SCADA systems.
• Familiarity with pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
