Job Description:
We are seeking highly skilled B.Tech professionals with 2–10 years of proven experience in manpower management and contractor handling. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, the ability to coordinate teams efficiently, and ensure smooth execution of site activities

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise manpower at project sites.
• Handle contractors and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Monitor day-to-day operations and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain records and reports related to manpower and contractors.

Requirements:

• B.Tech degree in Electrical
• 2–10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Salary: As per knowledge and experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
