Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation of electrical systems for construction projects, including power, lighting, ELV, and grounding systems.
- Provide technical guidance to project teams and coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure electrical works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
- Mentor and support junior electrical engineers and site staff to enhance technical performance.
- Review project scope, client requirements, BOQ, specifications, and milestones as per bid and contract documents.
- Initiate material inquiries with approved suppliers and evaluate technical compliance of received proposals.
- Obtain material submittals from suppliers and prepare them in line with project specifications and consultant requirements.
- Guide construction teams to ensure electrical installations align with approved designs, drawings, and authority regulations.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve design clashes, site issues, and discrepancies, coordinating with the project team.
- Ensure testing, commissioning, and inspections are conducted as per project and authority requirements.
- Carry out additional duties as assigned by the Project Manager to support project objectives
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3–8 years in relevant field
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
