Electrical/Mechanical Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Position Summary:

The QC Final Inspector is responsible for performing final product inspections to ensure all items meet quality standards, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements before release and shipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections on finished products.

Verify compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions.

Use measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, CMM reports, and test fixtures.

Document inspection results on inspection forms, quality logs, or digital systems (ERP/MES/QMS).

Identify, record, and report nonconforming materials; initiate NCRs and segregate defective products.

Conduct final release checks, including labeling, packaging, traceability, and documentation.

Ensure calibration status of tools and equipment used.

Work closely with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to resolve quality issues.

Follow all ISO 9001 / ISO 13485 / AS9100 or applicable quality standards.

Support continuous improvement activities and corrective actions.

Skills & Qualifications:

High school diploma or technical certificate (Quality, Manufacturing, or related field).

1–5 years of QC/QA inspection experience.

Strong understanding of measurement tools and inspection techniques.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings/blueprints and GD&T.

Excellent documentation and communication skills.

Attention to detail and high accuracy.

Knowledge of QMS systems and NCR/CAPA processes (preferred).

Pay: ₹9,761.18 - ₹39,828.92 per month
