Electrican

Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled, fully qualified, and experienced electrician to join our friendly and professional team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out high-quality electrical installations across a range of domestic projects, including kitchens, bathrooms, renovations, and larger residential works.

This role requires a strong understanding of electrical systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work safely, efficiently, and professionally within customers’ homes.

You will play a key role in ensuring the quality, safety, and smooth delivery of projects while working closely with our installation teams and project managers.

Responsibilities

• Install, test, and commission electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment in accordance with current regulations and safety standards.
• Carry out electrical work across:
• Kitchens
• Bathrooms
• Renovation/build projects
• Consumer unit upgrades
• High-end residential properties
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults efficiently.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications accurately.
• Work collaboratively with other tradespeople and project managers to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
• Maintain excellent communication and professionalism with customers and colleagues.
• Keep accurate records of work completed, materials used, and inspections carried out.
• Ensure all work complies with current electrical regulations and health & safety requirements.
• Create test reports
• Adhere to timescales

Qualifications & Experience (Essential)

• NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• Testing & Inspection qualification
• Full UK driving licence
• Proven experience within domestic electrical installations

Desirable

• Experience within kitchen and bathroom installations
• Experience working within occupied homes and high-end residential projects
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively
• Testing equipment and tools
