Electrician

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Industrial Electrician with strong experience in motors, drives, automation systems, and industrial machinery. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in electrical installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance of automated equipment and motor control systems. The role requires the ability to read electrical schematics, understand industrial control logic, and ensure the safe and efficient operation of plant machinery.

Key Responsibilities:Motors & Drives:

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot various types of electric motors.
• Work with different motor starting methods including:
• Direct-On-Line (DOL)
• Star-Delta starters
• Soft Starters
• Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs)
• Implement and maintain motor overload and protection systems.

Automation & Control:

• Understand and apply the fundamentals of PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers) for basic troubleshooting and support.
• Install and troubleshoot sensors, actuators, relays, contactors, and other control components.
• Build, wire, and troubleshoot electrical control panels.
• Work closely with automation and maintenance teams to optimize equipment performance.

Industrial Machinery Support:

• Maintain and support various industrial machines, including:
• Pumps
• Compressors
• Conveyors
• Bucket Elevators
• Packaging Machines
• Interpret and follow machine manuals and electrical schematics for diagnosis and repair.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to reduce downtime.
