We are committed to excellence, precision, and client satisfaction. As part of our continued growth, we are looking for skilled Electricians to join our Fit-Out Division.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Electrician to carry out all electrical installation, maintenance, and repair work related to interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will have minimum one year experience in executing electrical works in commercial, retail, or residential interior environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical installations as per drawings and specifications for fit-out projects (e.g., lighting systems, power points, switches, DB panels, etc.).
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
• Install conduits, wiring, and electrical fixtures in compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits using testing devices.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues during and after fit-out work.
• Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and other trades (HVAC, carpentry, gypsum, etc.) to ensure seamless execution of work.
• Ensure all work is completed to high-quality standards and in compliance with local electrical codes.
• Maintain proper documentation and reporting of completed tasks.
• Adhere to all company safety protocols and worksite regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in electrical work, preferably in the interior fit-out sector.
• Diploma/Certification in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Valid trade license or electrician certification as required by local authorities.
• Strong knowledge of local electrical codes and safety regulations.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working on luxury or high-end fit-out projects.
• Knowledge of smart lighting or home automation systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with MEP coordination on interior projects.
