Electrician

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Electrician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in residential, commercial, or industrial settings. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical systems, safety protocols, and the ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
• Ensure that all work complies with local electrical codes and safety standards.
• Inspect electrical components, such as transformers and circuit breakers.
• Identify electrical problems using specialized tools and testing equipment.
• Plan the layout and installation of wiring, equipment, and fixtures based on job specifications and local codes.
• Provide cost estimates for electrical work.
• Supervise and train apprentices or less experienced electricians when needed.
• Respond to emergency calls for electrical issues.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical diploma or certification in electrical work preferred.
• Valid electrician license/certification (as required by local/state laws).
• Proven experience as an electrician (residential, commercial, or industrial).
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, hand tools, and safety procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Physical stamina and the ability to work in confined spaces or at heights.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time, with occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
• Work environments vary from indoor to outdoor settings.
• May involve standing, bending, or lifting heavy objects.

Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED1,500.00 per month

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• civil engineer: 1 year (Preferred)
