Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated Electrician to join our growing Knoxville team. In this role, you will receive comprehensive on-the-job and classroom training under the guidance of a Licensed Master Electrician. You’ll work primarily in residential crawlspaces and basements, installing new service lines to support our equipment, and collaborating with teammates to create safer, more comfortable homes for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential settings (primarily crawlspaces and basements)
• Run new service lines to support company equipment
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns
• Ensure all work meets safety standards and company quality expectations
• Provide excellent customer service and uphold Master Services’ reputation for integrity and care

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of electrical maintenance or service experience (required)
• Must be at least 21 years of age to meet insurance requirements for operating company vehicles
• Construction or related trade experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Proficient in using electrical tools and equipment
• Strong work ethic, high integrity, and customer-first mindset
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Enjoys hands-on work and seeing projects through to completion
