Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Industrial Electrician to join our maintenance team at a cement factory in Ras Al Khaimah. The role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems, motors, and equipment essential for plant operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in industrial environments and strong knowledge of electrical safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial electrical systems, including motors, control panels, MCCs, VFDs, and lighting systems.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical equipment to minimize plant downtime.
• Inspect, test, and repair wiring, circuit breakers, relays, transformers, and switchgears.
• Assist in motor rewinding, cabling, earthing, and panel assembly as required.
• Read and interpret electrical diagrams, schematics, and control circuit drawings accurately.
• Collaborate with the mechanical and instrumentation teams during breakdown and shutdown maintenance.
• Ensure all electrical works comply with UAE and company HSE regulations.
• Maintain daily activity logs and report defects or anomalies promptly.

Qualifications & Experience:

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical or Industrial Maintenance.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Industrial Electrician in a cement, steel, or heavy manufacturing plant.
• Solid knowledge of three-phase power systems, PLC control wiring, and motor control circuits.
• Familiar with testing instruments such as multimeters, meggers, and clamp meters.
• GCC / UAE experience preferred.

Skills Required:

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure during breakdowns.
• Sound understanding of electrical safety standards and PPE usage.
• Team player with good communication and coordination skills.
