Electrician

Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 2300-2500(Including OT)

Position Summary:

The Electrician will be responsible for carrying out electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair works in residential, commercial, and facility environments. The role ensures smooth operation of electrical systems and compliance with safety standards and FM procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults in lighting, power circuits, DB panels, and control systems.
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical fixtures, switches, sockets, MCBs, wiring, and conduits.
• Handle breakdown calls and respond to maintenance requests promptly.
• Assist with installation of new equipment or electrical upgrades as required.
• Ensure all work complies with UAE electrical and safety regulations.
• Maintain job records and report completed tasks to the supervisor.
• Support other technical teams (HVAC, Plumbing, MEP) when required.
• Ensure proper use of tools, PPE, and follow FM safety procedures.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of electrical maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and load schedules.
• Familiar with DB dressing, wiring practices, and fault identification.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and attend emergency call-outs.

Qualifications & Experience:

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of experience as an Electrician in Facilities Management (UAE experience preferred).
• Knowledge of safety standards and FM operational procedures.
• Basic English communication required.
