Electrician

Individual is experienced performing the Electrician activities listed below on their own with little to no guidance or assistance from a Skill Trades Leader in a machine tool manufacturing environment.

Electrician Activities

Wire machinery from drawings and bill of material · Wire panels · Install communication blocks · Wire Ethernet · Wire auxiliary power · Wire robots · Wire safety circuits · Wire 480V · Tie in Tools/ Final dress of tools to controls · Install temporary power · Bend and install conduit · Prepare tool with I/O block, Device Net and duct work · Verify tags, tag units and cords · Run cords and dress tool per customer requirements · Ability to drill, tap and ream holes · Use of hand saw, drill press and grinders
