Electrician

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections of electrical systems, including lighting, power outlets, distribution panels, and breakers.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults such as short circuits, power interruptions, tripping breakers, and equipment failures.
• Install wiring, conduits, switches, sockets, lighting fixtures, and small electrical equipment.
• Maintain and repair electrical connections for HVAC units, pumps, motors, water heaters, and other building equipment.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to reduce breakdowns and ensure safety compliance.
• Test electrical systems using multimeters, testers, and other diagnostic tools.
• Ensure all work complies with electrical codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies promptly.
• Coordinate with supervisors, technicians, and contractors for repairs or upgrades.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and issues identified.

Qualifications

• Technical knowledge of electrical systems, installation, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and follow safety procedures.
• Experience in building or facility maintenance environment is preferred.
