Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Electrician to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, equipment, and fixtures in accordance with local electrical codes.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical problems in a timely and efficient manner.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, schematics, and job specifications.
• Inspect electrical systems, including circuit breakers, transformers, and panels, to ensure proper functioning.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to reduce downtime and improve system reliability.
• Install and repair lighting systems, power outlets, switches, and control systems.
• Test electrical systems and components using appropriate testing devices (e.g., multimeters, voltage testers).
• Replace or repair defective wiring, cables, breakers, and other electrical components.
• Ensure all work meets safety standards and complies with company policies and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
• Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and other team members to complete projects.
• Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and service requests.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work area in a clean and safe condition.

Qualifications and Skills

• High school diploma or technical certification in Electrical or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as an electrician (or as required by the role).
• Valid electrician license/certification (if applicable).
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring regulations, and safety practices.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical documents.
• Skilled in using electrical tools, testing equipment, and hand tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks, including lifting and climbing ladders.
• With Valid UAE driver’s license (preferred)

Work Environment

• Site-based, facility-based, or fieldwork depending on project requirements.
• May require working overtime, weekends, or responding to emergency calls.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,800.00 per month
