Electrician

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures
• Inspect electrical systems to identify hazards, defects, or needed adjustments
• Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate testing devices
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Ensure work complies with local and national electrical codes
• Perform routine maintenance and respond to service calls
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area
• Follow all safety regulations and company procedures

Requirements

• Proven experience as an electrician
• Valid electrician license or certification (as required by state/local law)
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and safety standards
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
• Reliable transportation and punctuality

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in residential and/or commercial electrical work
• OSHA or safety training certification
• Ability to work flexible hours or overtime if needed
