Description:
We are seeking a skilled Industrial Electrician to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), three-phase motors, and a wide range of manufacturing equipment. This role is critical for ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of our electrical systems and production machinery.
Specific Job Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in a manufacturing environment.

Perform preventive maintenance on electrical components, including three-phase motors, control panels, and wiring systems.

Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.

Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and company policies.

Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to optimize equipment performance.

Document all repairs, installations, and maintenance activities accurately.

Complete other job responsibilities as assigned and all jobs in a timely manner.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications for Industrial Electrician:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Technical certification or associate degree in Electrical Technology preferred.

3 to 5 years as an Industrial Electrician.

Familiarity with OASHA Safety standards.
Skillset of this position:

Strong knowledge of PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.) programming and troubleshooting.

Expertise in three-phase motor systems and industrial power distribution.

Ability to work with various manufacturing equipment and automated systems.

Proficient in reading electrical diagrams and schematics.

Successful completion of new employee orientation and all job specific training.
Physical Requirements of the job:

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in confined spaces and elevated areas.

Must be comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, heat, and machinery.
