Electrician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Electrician to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. The ideal candidate will ensure electrical systems are safe, efficient, and comply with local codes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair wiring, lighting, sockets, and electrical panels.
• Troubleshoot electrical problems in residential or commercial buildings.
• Work with switches, sockets, circuit breakers (MCB/RCCB), and home automation systems.
• Conduct load calculations and ensure proper wire sizing for safety.
• Follow electrical codes, safety standards, and regulations.
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Install and maintain electrical appliances such as ACs, water heaters, and generators.
• Perform preventive maintenance to avoid electrical failures.
• Coordinate with project managers or clients for work scheduling and updates.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Electrician in residential, commercial, or industrial settings.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, circuits, and safety standards.
• Ability to work with tools and testing equipment (multimeter, clamp meter, insulation tester).
• Understanding of home automation systems is a plus.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Physical ability to climb ladders, lift equipment, and work in confined spaces.

Education and Certification:

• High School Diploma or Technical Certificate in Electrical Technology.
• Certified Electrician License (if applicable).

Work Conditions:

• Work may involve indoor and outdoor locations.
• Must follow safety procedures and wear protective gear.
• Overtime may be required based on project needs.
