The Electrician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems across residential and commercial properties managed by the real estate company. This role ensures safe, efficient, and reliable power supply to tenants and facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Installation & Setup
  • Execute wiring plans and install electrical fixtures, outlets, and equipment.
  • Connect lighting, power distribution systems, and appliances.
  • Maintenance & Repairs
  • Inspect electrical systems regularly to identify hazards or defects.
  • Troubleshoot and repair faulty wiring, circuits, and electrical components.
  • Replace damaged equipment such as switches, breakers, and panels.
  • Safety & Compliance
  • Ensure all electrical work complies with local codes and safety regulations.
  • Maintain proper grounding and circuit protection.
  • Report unsafe conditions and recommend corrective actions.
  • Documentation & Reporting
  • Keep records of maintenance, repairs, and installations.
  • Provide reports to property managers on electrical issues and solutions.
  • Support to Real Estate Operations
  • Respond promptly to tenant service requests.
  • Assist in energy-saving initiatives (e.g., LED upgrades, smart systems).
  • Coordinate with facility management teams during renovations or upgrades.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Electrician in residential or commercial settings.
  • Diploma/Certification in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and safety protocols.
  • Ability to read technical diagrams and blueprints.
  • Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Physical fitness to handle tools and equipment.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
