Electrician

Key Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair electrical systems related to dewatering operations.
• Carry out troubleshooting of electrical faults in pumps, motors, generators, panels, cables, and site equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of dewatering pumps and associated electrical systems.
• Monitor and maintain site electrical connections and ensure safe operation of equipment.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Ensure proper functioning of control panels, starters, breakers, and protection systems.
• Coordinate with mechanical and operations teams for smooth site activities.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and equipment inspections.
• Ensure compliance with company safety standards and electrical regulations.
• Attend emergency breakdowns and provide quick resolutions to minimize downtime.

Requirements

• Mandatory Diploma / ITI Certification in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in dewatering, construction, or industrial projects.
• Experience in handling and maintaining various pumps and electrical systems.
• Strong knowledge of troubleshooting different kinds of pumps and site electrical maintenance.
• Familiarity with generators, control panels, motors, and electrical safety procedures.
• Ability to work independently under site conditions.
• UAE experience will be an added advantage.

• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices.
• Ability to work under pressure and attend emergency breakdowns.
• Basic communication and reporting skills.

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
