Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Electrician to join our dynamic team Immediately for temporary help. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems across a variety of settings, including commercial, industrial, and renovation projects. Your expertise will ensure the safety, efficiency, and reliability of electrical infrastructure while adhering to all safety standards and electrical codes. Duties

• Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment in compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to accurately execute electrical installations and repairs.
• Use hand tools and power tools effectively to complete wiring tasks on construction sites or renovation projects.
• Test electrical systems using tools such as ohmmeters and multimeters to diagnose issues accurately.
• Work with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and low voltage systems in industrial settings to optimize automation processes.
• Ensure all work meets safety regulations for high voltage and low voltage systems while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with construction teams, frame carpenters, and other tradespeople to coordinate project timelines and ensure seamless execution of electrical work.
• Read blueprints and schematics meticulously to plan wiring layouts for new installations or renovations.
• Maintain detailed records of inspections, repairs, and upgrades for ongoing maintenance documentation.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols on construction sites or industrial facilities to prevent accidents or hazards.

Experience

• Proven experience as an electrician in industrial or commercial environments with a strong understanding of NEC standards.
• Hands-on experience working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics, and control systems.
• Demonstrated ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams accurately.
• Experience working on construction sites or renovation projects involving electrical systems.
• Familiarity with high voltage (HV) and low voltage (LV) electrical systems is essential.
• Skilled in using hand tools such as wire strippers, pliers, screwdrivers, as well as power tools like drills and saws.
• Knowledge of NEC regulations related to electrical installations for safety compliance.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
