Job Title:

Electrical Engineer / Electrical Supervisor (B-License Holder) – Solid Block & AAC Block Factory

Job Type:

Full-Time / On-Site

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all electrical works within the Solid Block & AAC Block manufacturing plant.
• Operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of plant machinery, motors, compressors, conveyors, mixers, and autoclaves.
• Ensure uninterrupted power supply and efficient load distribution across the factory.
• Handle installation and preventive maintenance of LT/HT panels, DG sets, transformers, VFDs, starters, and plant utilities.
• Comply with all TNEB/TANGEDCO norms and ensure statutory adherence under the “B” License.
• Coordinate with production and mechanical teams to minimize downtime.
• Lead and guide electricians, fitters, and maintenance staff.
• Prepare daily maintenance reports and assist management in electrical documentation and approvals.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and preventive maintenance schedules.

Requirements:

• Must hold a valid Tamil Nadu “B” Electrical License.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance (cement, block, construction material, or similar factories preferred).
• Strong knowledge of HT/LT systems, motors, control panels, wiring, and plant electrical systems.
• Hands-on experience with industrial automation, PLC panels, and VFD drives will be an added advantage.
• Good leadership, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Safety-conscious and ability to work under pressure.
