Electrician cum BMS Technician

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Electrician cum BMS Technician to handle electrical maintenance and operate Building Management Systems (BMS) for commercial/industrial facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and control panels.
• Monitor and troubleshoot BMS systems (HVAC, lighting, fire alarm).
• Respond to alarms and perform preventive maintenance.
• Read electrical drawings and diagnose faults.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards.

Requirements:

• 2+ years experience in electrical maintenance with BMS exposure.
• Knowledge of HVAC, PLC, and BMS platforms (Honeywell/Siemens/Schneider).
• Basic understanding of BACnet/Modbus preferred.
• English speaker arabic is a plus
