We are currently seeking a skilled Electrician cum Driver to join our real estate maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing electrical maintenance tasks and assisting with company transportation needs.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems in villas, flats, and buildings.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently.
• Handle minor electrical wiring, lighting, and equipment repair.
• Drive company vehicles for material delivery, staff transport, and other operational requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and routine service of company vehicles.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team for daily work schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and report any hazards or electrical issues immediately.
• Support other maintenance tasks when required.

Requirements:

• Valid QID with NOC
• Valid Qatar Driving License
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Qatar as an Electrician and Driver
• Experience in real estate or property maintenance is mandatory
• Knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and safety procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Immediate joiners preferred
