Job Title: Electrician Cum Driver

Job Summary:
Responsible for carrying out routine electrical and mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of building MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems, while also performing driving duties as required for site operations or material transport.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of electrical and MEP systems in the building.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults and assist in rectifying mechanical and plumbing issues.
• Ensure all equipment, tools, and machinery are maintained in good working condition.
• Assist the facility management team in executing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
• Safely operate company vehicles for site visits, material transport, and other official duties.
• Maintain proper documentation of maintenance work, vehicle logs, and any incidents.
• Adhere to safety regulations, company policies, and building maintenance standards.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an electrician or MEP technician.
• Valid driving license with good driving record.
• Knowledge of building electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Reporting To: Facility Manager / Maintenance Supervisor

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Education:

• Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• UAE: 4 years (Required)
