Electrician cum Plumber

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, control systems, and lighting systems
• Read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and building specifications
• Inspect and repair transformers, circuit breakers, and other electrical components
• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment (sinks, toilets, water heaters, etc.)
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and plumbing issues using appropriate tools and testing devices
• Perform preventive maintenance on both electrical and plumbing systems
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and local regulations
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
• Collaborate with other technicians, contractors, and team members when required

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in both electrical and plumbing work
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing systems, safety codes, and maintenance procedures
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams
• Good troubleshooting, repair, and problem-solving abilities
• Physically fit, with the ability to work in confined spaces if needed
• Team player with strong communication skills
