Electrician - Hackney Road area

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Electrician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for 1st fix of containment/wiring & 2nd fix of lighting and power . Duties

• Install electrical wiring systems in accordance with safety regulations and technical specifications.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults using hand tools and power tools to diagnose issues efficiently.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams to carry out installations accurately.
• Ensure all work complies with relevant health and safety legislation.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople and project managers to complete projects on time and within budget.

Skills

• Proficiency in using hand tools such as pliers, screwdrivers, wire strippers, etc., for precise work.
• Experience with power tools including drills, saws, and other equipment essential for electrical tasks.
• Strong electrical experience with a thorough understanding of wiring systems, circuit breakers, and control panels.
• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics accurately.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a methodical approach to troubleshooting electrical issues.
• Good organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while adhering to safety standards.
• Relevant qualifications or certifications in electrical installation or maintenance are desirable but not essential for entry-level roles. This position is ideal for motivated individuals eager to apply their electrical expertise within a professional setting that values safety, quality workmanship, and continuous development.

Pay: £26.00-£28.00 per hour
