Electrician Helper Apprentice

## Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Electrician Apprentice to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist electricians in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in the electrical field. You will be working local and around South Louisiana.

## Responsibilities

- Assist electricians in installing electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings

- Help with reading and interpreting blueprints and technical diagrams

- Perform basic electrical tasks under the supervision of a licensed electrician

- Use tools such as voltmeters and hand tools to test and repair electrical systems

- Support in troubleshooting electrical issues and implementing solutions

- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times

## Qualifications

- Knowledge of electrical systems, construction sites, and hand tools

- Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and NEC codes

- Experience working with high voltage systems is a plus

- Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions closely

- Previous experience as a commercial electrical apprentice, helper or related field is advantageous
