M C Electrical is a small, quality-focused electrical contractor based in the South East. We specialise in clean, high-standard installations across domestic, commercial, and renewable projects including Solar PV, battery storage, EV charging, and testing & inspection.

We are not a volume-driven company. Our work is carried out directly for private clients and businesses—no social housing, no rushed contract work. Jobs are planned properly and completed to a high standard.

We are looking for an electrician who takes genuine pride in their work and wants to be part of a company where quality comes before speed.

The Role

• Installation, maintenance, and fault finding across domestic and light commercial projects
• Solar PV, battery storage, and EV charger installations (training available where required)
• Testing and inspection (initial verification and periodic)
• Working both independently and as part of a small team
• Occasional responsibility for overseeing jobs and supporting other electricians/apprentices

What we’re Looking For

• Proven experience as an electrician (qualified preferred, but strong time-served candidates considered)
• Solid understanding of installation and fault finding
• Testing & inspection experience (2391 beneficial but not essential)
• A strong eye for detail and pride in producing tidy, well-organised work
• Ability to work independently and manage your own jobs
• Good communication with clients and team members
• Full UK driving licence

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 4:30pm
• Work typically within 1 hour of BN27 (occasional travel further afield)

• Basic hand tools required
