Electrician (Luxury Private Villa)

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation, maintenance, and repair of residential electrical systems
• Routine inspection and preventive maintenance of electrical infrastructure
• Troubleshooting and resolving electrical faults promptly
• Maintenance of lighting, power distribution, generators, UPS, and backup systems
• Handling smart home and automation systems
• Ensuring full compliance with UAE electrical and safety regulations
• Coordinating with villa management and other technical staff
• Responding to emergency electrical issues when required

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an electrician in luxury villas or high-end residential properties
• Relevant electrician certification or technical qualification
• Knowledge of UAE electrical codes and safety standards
• Professional, discreet, and well-presented
• Ability to work independently and reliably
• Flexible working hours; on-call availability preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with smart home systems (KNX, Crestron, Control4, etc.)
• Prior experience working in private villas, palaces, or hospitality sector in the UAE
• Immediate availability
