Electrician – Ready Mix Company

We are seeking a skilled Electrician to handle electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment at our Ready Mix Concrete batching plant. The candidate will ensure safe and uninterrupted electrical operations to support plant production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out electrical installation, maintenance, and repair works at batching plant
• Troubleshoot electrical faults in motors, panels, control circuits, and power systems
• Maintain MCC panels, control panels, sensors, limit switches, and cables
• Support PLC-based batching plant electrical systems (basic level)
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine electrical inspections
• Ensure proper earthing, cable dressing, and panel housekeeping
• Attend breakdowns and minimize plant downtime
• Follow electrical safety standards and plant safety procedures
• Maintain electrical maintenance logs and reports
• Coordinate with plant supervisor and maintenance team

Requirements:

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical trade
• 3–8 years experience as an Electrician in Ready Mix
• Experience in batching plant electrical systems preferred
• Basic knowledge of PLC systems (advantage)
• Ability to read electrical drawings and wiring diagrams
• Strong troubleshooting and safety awareness
• Willingness to work in shifts
• UAE/GCC experience preferred
• Immediate joiners preferred
