Responsibilities

• Assist electricians with installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems on construction sites.
• Handle hand tools and power tools safely to cut, bend, and install conduit, wiring, and other electrical components.
• Support the setup of low voltage and high voltage systems following NEC (National Electrical Code) standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to aid in accurate installation.
• Use testing equipment such as ohmmeters to troubleshoot electrical circuits and identify faults.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely within deadlines.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working as an electrician helper or in related construction roles is highly preferred.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, schematics reading, and blueprint interpretation.
• Basic understanding of low voltage and high voltage electrical systems.
• Experience working on construction sites with a focus on safety standards.
• Knowledge of NEC guidelines for electrical installations is advantageous.
• Skills in using testing devices like ohmmeters for troubleshooting electrical issues.
