EICR testing & certification (electronic reports via PDA)
Day‑to‑day domestic electrical repairs & upgrades
Consumer unit replacements & rewires
Voids works, fit‑outs, refurbishments
Installation of smoke and CO alarms
Communal and domestic LED lighting upgrades
Occasional commercial & data cabling work

Essential
Experience in domestic or social housing electrical work
Strong background in EICR testing & inspection
18th Edition
Level 3 Electrical Installation & AM2
Full UK Driving Licence
ECS Card

Testing qualifications: 2391 / 2392 / 2394 / 2395
Experience with electronic reporting software
Previous social housing experience
